Warp to the Island’s Edge (4-1) Archstone (aka Shrine of Storms). Head forward toward the Silver Skeleton. Dispatch the second Silver Skeleton and then loot the soul on the left through the archway. Head up the stairs and prepare to fight more Skeletons. There are several items to loot when you reach the top of the stairs. Be careful for the archers above, however. Head through the fog door and then head left. Be wary of the trap on the ground that will shoot arrows at you (dodge or block through them).

Head up the stairs and head straight where you will encounter more Silver Skeletons. Follow the path along the ramparts until you reach a set of stairs. Head down, watching out for another floor trap. Loot the Copper Key and head back up. Run back past where you dispatched the Silver Skeletons. Head down the stairs and go through a doorway leading to outside. Defeat the Black Skeleton. On this ridge you will find a soul and a strong early game weapon, the Crescent Falchion+1.

Head back indoors and up the stairs. This time when you reach the top, head left instead of straight.  Head down the decline path into a tunnel. Follow the tunnel into more Silver Skeletons. Head up the stairs and go right through the doorway leading out to a cliff side. Follow the path up to loot the Augite of Guidance. Keep going and you will reach Sparkly, the Crow.

Heading away from the tree and to your immediately left is a crystal lizard that you can drop down to. If defeated, he drops Shard of Darkmoonstone and Chunk of Darkmoonstone. Head back through the tunnel and back up the stairs. This time, take the left doorway to a new rampart area. Dispatch the Silver Skeleton and loot the Compound Long Bow and Light Arrow. Head back into the previous room and take the stairs all the way down until you reach a dead end. Attack the fake wall to proceed. Follow the tunnel until you reach more Silver Skeletons. Turn right, loot the Moon Grass. Keep going and you will reach a cage with a prisoner inside. Use the Copper Key to open the door. Talk to Graverobber Blige, who is a vendor.

Head back out and go straight all the way down the hallway. Watch out for the floor trap as you enter the next room. Head up the rubble, where you will on the other side of the optional boss Vanguard. In this area you can loot the Uchigatana and a soul. Watch out for the Storm Beast that will begin shooting spikes at you. Head through the fog door.

(Optional: If you defeat Vanguard, you will get the Grey Demon’s Soul and can easily loot the Kilij weapon, Moon Grass, and a soul).

2nd Fog Door

After entering the fog wall, head up the stairs and up the ladder. There are several Silver Skeletons in this area and a Black Skeleton guarding the Adjudicator’s Shield.  Leaving the partially ruined room with the shield, follow the walkway around counterclockwise until you reach another floor trap and a Silver Skeleton. Loot the soul and move forward and down the cliff side. Another soul is on the right. Head around the mountain path until you reach a gold skeleton. Keep following the path and you will encounter two more Gold Skeletons. Take them out while being careful not to get hit by the Storm Beasts. Keep following the path until you reach the next fog door.

(Optional: You can use ranged weapons/magic to defeat the Storm Beasts, making this area somewhat easier).

3rd Fog Door

Head forward and enter the left doorway to grab the Shard of Cloudstone. Head back out and up the stairs to loot the Moon Grass. Turn left and drop down to a wooden beam to get the Graverobber’s Ring. Head down the stairs, this time going straight. Advance forward but be careful of the floor trap. Turn right and you will face a Black Skeleton and a fog door. Defeat the Black Skeleton and loot the Moon Grass.

Now prepare for the boss battle with Adjudicator!
